What is this app?

I had an app that would show a drop down clock on the right and weather on the left. There were three weather forecasts at the bottom of the weather side. Below the clock were links to music, video and couple of more. I lost the app and can't find what to install to get it back. This was on a 7 inch Apad tablet with Froyo 2.2. Does anyone know what I am looking for.
