Where do I find update.zip?

I downloaded the latest update (V.I.A. plus 2.1) but have not rebooted yet. I would like to find and copy the update.zip. Does anyone know where it gets downloaded? I have searched everywhere but can't seem to find it. Thanks!

You wont unless your rooted. Which your not if you got that update your on 2.0
