Where is RK3xxx Firmware Tools v4.0.24 by Sergio Proverony?

There is a new version 4.0.24.0 RK3xxx Firmware Tools available at 4PDA.ru, but I can't register to get it because the registration security code requires Russian language character entry. While the registration form translates into English, the security code captiva does not.

It is a great tool for editing a ROM image and I would really like to upgrade to the latest version.

Anyone know of another forum that might have a link to the download?

I'm still waiting for my M9 Pro wifi. It's taking the slow boat from china. By the way, I have a request; If you know where I can get info on the Contixo 10.1" tablet (also chinese), please let me know.
