    I think the Tegra 2 units are what you are looking for, but there is supposed to be a 10" TCC8902 based tablet by now. Ask sellers.

    There are very few 10" Android tablets...most of the tablet on the market right now have a 7" screen. If you are looking for a shanzai tablet...then I think Zenithink ZT-180 is the best option right now. Otherwise you will have to wait for a tegra tablet...but those will be more expensive than the shanzai ones. If you change you mind and want a 7" tablet...in the link from my signature you can find a comparison between some tablets.

    10 inch screens are much easier to find these days. I highly suggest you check out Android Tablet Universe, great place to buy Android tablets, as that's all the specialize in.
