Which files are needed to Root / Install GAPPS for MID7015 from the tablet, not pc?

I want to Root, and install the Android Market, not tech savy, can someone list or link exactly which files are needed. I'm doing all from the tablet itself and trying to follow the YouTube video.... Thanks!
