I ended up with the Coby Kyros MID1126. I haven't played around with it too much, but so far I like it... mostly. Of course, it's the first tablet I ever used, so that's not saying much.
I wasn't going to root it, but when I installed Crackle and tried to play a movie, a little button that said "Get Adobe Flashplayer" popped up... clicking it opened the Adobe website, which then said I was unauthorized to access the page.
So now I gotta find out how to root this without killing it!
