White screen of death. Flytouch Superpad 7

I've been using this for a while now on Android 4.0 with no issues.
Went to use it today and white screen, no picture at all.
How do I flash the whole thing and start again, if that's even the problem? Any help appreciated. It's the same as this tablet; Flytouch 7 Superpad 7 24GB 10.2 Tablet PC Android 4.0.3 ICS 1GB DDR3 1.5GHZ | eBay

I also have the "white screen" problem. I'm a new member here and hoping someone can help us out.

My problem surfaced when I started up my flytouch 10vc with the hdmi mini plug connected to my vizio tv.

'Sure hope we don't have to "reset" and lose all our data.
