Whoa! What Just Happened?

I have my Nook set up to dual boot. Just now I went to boot into the Nook side and got a screen with a red exclamation point and "Install Failed" It said to power on and off and if the error persists, contact Nook Support. I powered off and back on and everything is fine, but what happened?

Good question. Sounds like it was just a glitch in the boot and something that B&N had accounted for given the message it showed. I would be more worried it it had just gone black. Fortunately the NC is just about unbirckable and a simple factory reset would have cured it in almost any situation.
