wierd udb hdd

    i have a 320 gb sata hdd from a laptop connected to a usb portable hdd connector from a broken 1tb external hdd the only problem is it shows only 2gbs with files iv never seen before any way to fix this

    Are you sure that the file explorer is looking at your USB drive, as that size and files you haven't seen before point to the fact that you are looking at the pads internal storage

    Tablets don't recognise hard drives, only usb flash drives and sd cards

    I hear formating the hdd to fat 32 works. I believe I'm. Seeing a 2gb windows boot partion since they are windows files or maybe its the
    recoverly partion

    Well you could format it to fat32 but if you are seeing files without a question mark they are fat 32.
    But I think it is the system drive you are seeing or an sd card. In any case do you have a 2gig partition on the h. drive?
