Wifi Connection problem

Hi I have just bought a superpad2 Flytouch3 tablet and i'm having problem with my wifi connection. It can see my wifi but when tyring to connect it just show connecting...... I have read somewhere to reset the router and try to connect. I have done this also but without success. Can someone pls help me to tackle this issue.
