    Welcome to the forum

The good news, it would appear your tablet is working fine. There are several things that could be causing the problem. Everything from the router needing to be restarted to incorrect security settings. I have a link in my sig below that should help get you connected.

Hi Linda, welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. I'm fairly certain following the instructions linked to in Lee's signature will take care of your connection problems. However, in the event you need additional assistance, I'm going to move your thread to the Android Tablet Q&A section where more people are likely to join the discussion and try to help you. Good luck!
