Hi . Friends I'm new and having problems with my Samsung galaxy 2 10.1. For the past 2 days now I haven't been able to access the web via WiFi,it is showing (turning on ..........), in a pale looking colour. I try to factory reset. I can not do so because it is asking for my Samsung account password , which I forgot. Can you guys help me please?!

I have a link below, in my signature, with help for WiFi problems. If you forgot your Samsung password you may need to take that up with Samsung on their WEB site. There should be a spot for asking for a new one.
I had that with a 7in version and it just said turning on and never did anything else, so you couldnt see any wifi networks.I sent it back to Samsung and found out it had a hardware problem and they had to exchange the whole unit because the parts were on backorder. You may need to send it in if you still have warranty.

You could have simple IP conflict. Why reset it?
Go to settings.
Then wireless.
Select the wifi connection.
Select forget.
Turn off tablet (reboot).
The wireless connection will come up, asking which to connect to.
Select appropiate wifi another box will come up asking for the WPA2 passkey. Enter the key and the tablet should connect.
If this fails then follow the prcedure until you get to turn off tablet.
Shut down tablet. Make sure all other wifi devices are turned off.
Power Cycle your modem/router.
Once modem is ready, turn on tablet and continued the steps.
Go to settings.
Then wireless.
Select the wifi connection.
