Hi, I have a 8" VIA8650 Android 2.2 (I think this is the model, it came in a unbranded box) which I received as a present from work.
Not bad really except for the WiFi. The only way I can get a signal is by sitting in the same room as the wireless router
Even then, the speed is nothing like the 'blisteringly quick' performance that I have seen mentioned in reviews. If I move even a few metres away, the WiFi goes and states 'out of range'. I can get a good signal on my laptop several rooms away, so the router is ok
Is this normal, or should I return it?
