I am totally new to this forum and would appreciate all your help. I had a problem with my tablet of model Vigo10. It was locked for too many wrong patterns and then I did the factory reset. All is back to normal but am facing another problem of no internet access eventhough the wi-fi is connected. I reset the connectivity for enabling data access but still no luck. A message always appeared as it might be a temporary problem or there is no data services installed on the device. I'm kind of lost here and really appreciate your help.
