Suppliers are freaking out and dropping the WM8650 prices like flies. The platform was over advertised with ARM11, Flash 10.1 and 720p support. Actual units are turning out to worse than expected. Order quantities are not so great right now.
This new factory pricing is going to be reflected in vendor listings soon. Vendors are still listing the WM8650 units at above $100USD per unit, but it looks like they will end up well below $100USD at this rate.
