won't read sd card?

I have a superpad 2.1, sd card can only be detected by "My Pad" app.
any ideas? thank you

This may sound a bit vague but...
The only thing that I found to format my SD was an HP utility. A little odd but it was not the current version either. I think HP disk format utility 2.0.6
I originally tried a later version but it did not work on my tablet. I have no idea why, but trying this version might be worth a go ?

I also have a superpad 2.1 and am not able to get it to read the sd card...which I installed or thought I did so that I can access amazon android games etc...is there a special trick to this??
