how do I factory reset my zeepad 7.0

Hi Hustle, welcome to the forum, glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets.

Give this a try:

Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons.

I tried reseting my zeepad that way but nothing happened.....what do I do now....

Hi Christina, welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. Try some of the methods suggested here: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-q/62022-how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.html

If there are no instructions specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying as long as the tablet has a good charge or is plugged in. Good luck!
