Zeki 7" Tablet Won't Charge

I bought a brand new zeki tablet that will not charge anything I can do before sending it back

Could be a faulty charger. Try to charge it from a running PC for several hours.

I bought a brand new zeki tablet that will not charge anything I can do before sending it back

I have the same problem my mom send me this zeki tablet every was fine but i let it with out use for one month when tried to charge it dont did nothing and the tablet didnt turn on tried charging acomplete day first with charger and after with usb cable and nothing happenes, then I get off the batery and use a universal charger this time get charge put the batery into the tablet and everything fine, turn on perfectly but, when I conected the charger wont charge the batery I check the voltge in the site where the batery is conected and get a good voltage, what can i do help me please.
