First post so hopefully it may help others - I had the issue with the screen staying on Android (with the flashing cursor). Mine wasn't software nor a hardware issue but simply a poorly formatted Micro SD / TF Card. I removed and the tablet booted as normal straight away. If this helps others then great - If posted already then apologies for the repost.
