ZT-280 Stucked on Android Screen. I've tried to update and nothing.

The ZT-280 is stuck on the ANDROID screen, i've tried to update and nothing, when the update starts the screen change again to "ANDROID" and stuck. How can i solve it ?

Thanks for all who have a motivation to help-me.

+ When i remove the SD card and put on my PC the Windows cannot acess the card until i format it.
