zt280 c9 10" zepad won't sleep

Hi new to forum and sort of new to Unix and android OS. i have a ZT280 C9 1ghz 512ram 16GB mem
gingerbread 2.3.4 (rooted)

so i have downloaded something that has caused the sleep mode to stop working
the screen will dim but not shut off
i have froze most everything but the games with android tuner and the problem
is still there. does anyone have a clue whats going on?

115 looks no addvice ok here gos the only way i found was to copy my sd card to my computer and do a factory wipe and reset if u run into this problem do that it will fix all
