Is there a schedule for Marshmallow release on various OEMs? Specifically, when it will be ready for the Rokchip Chipset?

AFAIK there isn't any "schedule" for any of the manufacturers. Keep checking the settings on your tablet to see if any for your tablet have been released and check the manufacturer's website periodically for any updates.
