Moving Video Files from Internal to External SD

I have a versus touch pad and can easily drag and drop or use file transfer to put video files from internal memory to external sd card but then they won't play. Just saying can't play this file. Anyone any ideas as I have a 32 GB SD card and lacking in internal memory.

Some DRM protected files will only play directly from the device they were downloaded to and registered with. Where did those videos come from?
