What is the most current version of Android OS that runs on my Synet7lp?

My SYNET7LP is currently running Android DG2.20. I'd like to upgrade to later Android version. What is the most recent version of Android OS this unit can run? (my endgame is to get a working version of Goolge Play (or at least Google Market).

You have the latest version. I have market working on mine but I don't remember how I did it. Chuck
