why dont you try it out for yourself first before jumping to conclusions. It should be rooted, most a31 tablets seem to be rooted so far, and this rom has the su binary anyway

Why on earth would you flash this Rom on a nextway f9x, its a different size, different screen, different button mapping, wow seriously. Try doing Power off the tablet. Hold the ESC button and plug in the USB cable, press Power button for 3 times. This is from the mcbubs software update...
