Nope. Doesn't work. Just hangs on the infotmic screen. Wish it was that easy

I've given quick boot a go, still hanging at the Infotmic screen. I've been reading up about the Bootable SD card but don't hold out much hope. Also, I'll give the USB cable thing ago. Just need to buy a USB to USB cable....! Thinking I may just give up and send the thing back!

Still no joy. Thanks though. It still hangs on the Infotmic screen. I've tried holding all 3 buttons for 30 seconds and also just the Vol - and Home buttons, after the switch on. Still nothing. After this, I press and hold the power button to turn the tablet off then when I turn on again...

My issue is that I can't get to that menu screen. When I press and hold the Vol- and Menu button, the infotmic logo screen just hangs. I kept the buttons pressed for 2 or three mins until my fingers hurt!!! I can't even do a factory reset...???

I've have my apad, wowPad, infotmic pad, Android Tablet (Whatever you want to call it!) for just over a week now. An icon came up on the notifications bar indicating that there was an update available...! Bonus! Or so I thought. When I try to update, the Pad then switches to the infotmic...

How can you stop it hanging at the infotmic logo screen? I've tried and tried to update the thing but still no joy. Also, every time I restart it, it seems to boot up 1 of 2 OS's...one has one set off apps and settings and the other has its own settings?!?!? Please help!
