Do you know anything about the best buy MRI 5.5.1 fix it disk? They left it in my laptop. Says it's the latest version.

How would you do that if your device is not letting you use the touchscreen? Like when you "forget" your pattern code and now it only wants an google account to confirm the owner?

You should ask the person who owns it to give you the google account info so you can open it. A lot of stolen tablets out there.
