    Try a "factory reset" and "wipe cache" then reboot. If that doesn't fix it, you can try reloading the firmware. You can get the last firmware here: You'll want the "Stock 4.1.1 worldwide" firmware.

    Did you unlock your bootloader? If not, that's why it won't flash. If you did unlock and you're still getting errors flashing, I could only guess that the device's flash memory is failing.

    Those instructions are for the A2109, they don't apply to the A3000. There's really nothing to unlock on the A3000, you can install stuff using the SP Flash Tool without any unlock procedure.

    I'm surprised you got a BT mouse working. Lenovo has stated that the A2109 doesn't support BT mice, only BT keyboards. But then, it wouldn't be the first time Lenovo support has provided incorrect information.

    If you can get into recovery, you should be able to install a ROM from there. If you install the stock 4.1.1 ROM, that should reinstall the fastboot bootloader.

    I've found Chrome to be painfully slow, both on my A2109 and on my Galaxy Nexus. Clearing its cache every now and again helps a little.

    There's a sticky thread called "Useful files, from drivers to modded ROMs". In there you'll find the stock worldwide firmware. Both 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) are there.
