10.2 Vimicro android 4.0 Superpad 10

Hi,

I have just purchased this tablet.

I have it going, and have installed a few apps.
I decided to try to transfer some video from my Win 7 pc to the tablet.
I have connected the usb between the pc and tablet, but the device is not seen by the computer.
I have tried using the combination of power on and volume at the same time as suggested in another thread, but the pc still will not see the tablet.
I do have a tf card, however don't have an adapter to put the tf card into my pc for me to transfer the file to the tf card.
Can anyone give me a clue why I cannot see the tablet?
All help appreciated.
