6 month old Samsung Galaxie 8 no longer downloads photos off Google Search or Yahoo

Regular guy 50's enjoys downloading photos from Google and Yahoo. Samsung Galaxie 8 tablet no longer downloads photos. T.V. shows and movies unaffected. What gives?

Galaxie 8 tablet using Google search and Yahoo search. (Stock o/s ATT with "Lookout" security software. Won't download photos to my tablet's "gallery "file. Tried hard boot/re-installing sim card/ unsucsessfull in removing battery because of soldered connector to power supply. Newbe, going on limited cell phone procedures. Threw out last computer MS Vista/Dell under 6 ton frontloader because of glitches like this H E L P ! ! !

Without knowing any more than we know it seems your best solution may be a factory reset.

How do you do a factory reset on a Samsung Galaxie 8 ?

In settings there should be an entry called backup and reset. It will put you back to out-of-the-box conditions which means you need to have a copy of any of your media - docs, music, videos etc. either backed up to microSD, your computer or the cloud.
