I purchased a tablet, after 3 months of great performance it just hanged up one day on boot screen and then turned off.
I have tried charging it, pressed the power button for 20 seconds to do a hard rest. Tried combination of buttons. But no luck, nothing showing on screen not even charging.
I showed to a local repair shop and they say processor is heated.
I removed that back cover and put it on charging again. A black chip, All winner A13 written on it, Gets a lot of heat.
What could be the possible solution? It is firmware update issue? Really processor problem or anything else?
Where I can find and buy online processor?
