Hi,

I just bought a 16gb MicroSD card for my Kyros 7022. When I put it in, it shows up in settings--> Sd Card info, but when I use Astro File explorer, I can't find it. I wasn't sure if i just had to format it first in order to get it recognized, but that's not an option under settings like it is on my Droid. Anyone have this issue and get it resolved?

Also, I notice that the internal memory is partitioned so that 3/4 of it is seen as "SD card" - is there any way to modify the partition and put more into internal memory now That I have a larger SD card?

Thanks for the help.

The file structure is gay on this thing but in the folder named tflash is your SDcard. you can format the card on the pc. The math wont be right either so dont fret over it. :)

Does the SD card and USB thumb drive both need to be formatted FAT 32 or will the device format the first time it is mounted?

AFAIK only FAT32 is recognized by Android as extra storage automatically.
