a1cs won't boot

I have a A1CS 10inch android tablet which has been fine for 6 months. For some reason it won't get past the boot up screen which just keeps looping - any help would be appreciated. I have to hold down the on/off button for around 10 secs to turn it off.

i now have the same problem and cant get passed boot logo screen. any help appreciated.
