Acer to Acer File Transfer

My wife and I both have Acer 500 tablets. We have different music, photos and videos
on the respective exrernal SD cards. Occasionally there is a need to transfer a file
or folder between the two Acers.

I was thinking that "ES File Explorer" might work if we used ftp or bluetooth.

Another possibility might be "WiFi File Explorer" or "WiFi File Explorer Pro".

Any suggestions on the easiest way to do this would be appreciated.

Try the FTP app and your browser. I use this regularly to transfer files wirelessly between PC and tablet.

Thanks, I thought that might work, but i didn't have any luck trying to use it. Is there a guide anywhere? Or, can you or someone
post some simple steps to use ftp for this purpose?
