Ainol Novo 7 Elf2 - Apps won't download in Google Play

Hi , I recieved this tablet a few days ago , but I cannot download apps using google play , I keep getting the following error message a few seconds after selecting download for any App : ' app name ' could not be downloaded due to an error (-101)

I did a factory reset as suggested by Draco Tec , the supplier , but its still the same , WiFi signal strength coming up as excellent , line speed is 54mbps

Anyone know how to fix this ?

From the xdadevelopers forum:

For those who are having problem on downloading apps from play store and showing error 921 or -101 this is the sure win solution!

Go to Settings>Apps>All>Google Play Store>Clear Cache & Clear Data

then

Go to Settings>Accounts & Sync>*your google account*> click menu (the three dots)> Remove Google Account

then

Add your Google Account again. DONE!
