to apply update here are the steps
unzip the file you will find pad product developer only
install it
now connect your tablet and it will ask driver click next and choose from location
go to c:// and then programs after that to action and driver here you will find your drivers give that and done
now set tablet on mass storage
open the product from the same directory
give it firmware where you unzip and then you know what to do
any problem can ask question
