Dear Friends,

I am here to say that my tablet named Allwinner Tablet A31s Android 4.2.2, is not working properly. When I pressed on the power button it came, but it was stuck on the startup screen. Even the homescreen was not displaying. It is stuck there. When I am pressing the power button, it shuts down and when I am power oning again the same thing will happen. Can you suggest me some ideas ?

I'd suggest you try a factory reset.

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
