Ampersand key?

Missing ampersand (@) key from some keyboard screens. Especially on certain password entries. Any ideas?

Some keyboards change the format when the type of input changesm some don't, but if yours doesn't you might want to try a different keyboard but you should have either a 123 or symb key in the lower left of whatever one you are using that will display symbols.
