I honestly don't know, but is your device 3G compatible? does 3G have to be switched ON in Settings. If it is compatible and 3G is enabled have you tried just plugging the dongle into your USB connection? If you have 2 USB sockets try each one in turn. Otherwise someone else may be able to help you better than I. Good Luck!
