android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly

I just got a new SuperPad III and got it up and running, added two apps and closed it. The next time I started the pad, I get an error message "Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". It keeps coming back and makes it impossible for me to use the pad. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I hope so because I get that one and the google one so yeah 2 weeks old and I think I might just return it. (Toshiba at tablet).
