I have a shealth hydro android & this has a restart button, which isn't a button, but its a very small hole in the side. Yours might be the same hope this helps you.
The same things as the reset button, which only bails you out if the tablet is hung up, would be to try holding the power button for 30-45 seconds, most tablets will restart. I can only guess that was what you needed.
