Android Tablet Problem

Hello, I have a Proscan 10 inch tablet that I bought a couple of months ago. Yesterday I turned it off since I didn't need to use it and when I turned it back on later, the android system recovery was on the screen. I've tried wipe data/ factory reset and reboot but that didn't help. I also downloaded firmware on the sd card and applying update on the EXT then reboot but the installation aborted and the android dude has a red triangle now. Is there anyway I can fix my tablet?
