I would suggest you have a look at Onda V971. I have been using this tablet and found it to be very nice and responsive. Cortex A9 Dual Core makes it more efficient.
I found it great for gaming as well. It is a great tablet and recently found a link which has a cheaper price than others as well. Here is the link
