App Download Issues

I have a Android Tablet PC WM8650. Every time I try to install an App it says "Your Item will be downloaded." Then tells me that the download was unsuccessful. I've tried downloading from the market and also from the App Market. The App Market will not let me register for some reason. Is there anything I can do to download apps? Thanks

I'm having a similar problem, it also tells me that Google Talk cannot connect and I can't figure out how to remedy this either Any help would be appreciated!

Me too, seem to have a unbranded Mid tablet eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace this is the link to the ebay item I bought. ANY help would be much appreciated.
