The video above shows off ARM's big.LITTLE architecture in action at ARM's MWC boot. In the demonstration, they use a prototype tablet with Samsung's Exynos 5 Octa chip on board. The demo moves through several phases of processes and is meant to showcase "real world" usage by switching up tasks. You get to see a virtual rundown of browsing, gaming, watching videos and more, and the demo shows how much each of these tasks impacts the energy usage. This also shows the new big.LITTLE architecture in action as it seamlessly switches between its Cortex A7 and Cortex A15 chips.

The technology seems very effective, and we are excited to see how it actually performs in real-life after the tech finally comes to market.
