Back up Xoom to SD or external storage

Is there an app or another method to back up the Xoom to the SD card, other external storage, or to a Windows computer and to restore it from the back up?
In other words, I want to back up the Xoom, play around with some experimental stuff and if it is not to my liking, restore it to its pre-backup state from the backed up files that include all apps, data and OS.

To back up your ROM, you need ClockworkMod Recovery.
