Hi. I just purchased D2Pad-727 7" tablet, Google Certified with Play Store integrated. The previous models, the 711 and 721, didn't have this certification. As for performance, it's pretty slick for a sub-hundred dollar tablet. Here are the specs:

D2-727_BK
855791004214
BLACK
Google Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean)
1.2 GHz, Single Core
1 GB DDR III
4 GB NAND Flash
Capacitive Multi-touch LCD Screen
7" (16 : 9), 800 X 480
802.11 b / g / n
Rechargeable Lithium Battery / 3000 mAh
(Up to 4 Hours)
Yes
MPG / JPG / PNG / AVC
/ MPEG-4 etc
0.3 MP Front camera
Internal Stereo Speaker
Micro USB
Standard 3.5mm Headphone Jack
DC In
1 x Micro SD card slot (Support up to 32 GB)
Micro USB Cable
Adapter, 5V / 2A
User Manual / Quick Start Guide
191 x 115 x 11.3 mm (7.51 x 4.52 x 0.44 inch)
316 g (0.71 lb)

It isn't rooted, but for the price (I paid $99 at ShopNBC), I'm fine with that. It works flawlessly with the Assistant app (Siri wanna-be); does YouTube and does the maps and all. And voice commands are a cinch. I also have the 721 model, which works surprisingly well, but the lack of Google certification is a turn-off for me. If you want a good sub-hundred dollar tablet, the newest 727 model is my suggestion. I can't wait for this thing to be hacked for rooting.
