Best Android Tablet with Sim Calling for ME?

Hi,
Currently am Looking for an Android Tablet with Sim Calling Option. If no Sim option I would Prefer Nexus 7(2013) or iBall Slide Q9703. But there is no Sim Options in these two Tablets.

My Requirements: (Min Budget is 10000 to 20000)
1. Sim Calling (Single Sim is Enough, no probs in Dual Sim)
2. 1GB or 2GB RAM (If its 1GB RAM - Internal Memory must Min 8 GB or Max 16 GB)
3. Dual Core or Quad Core Processor
4. 3.5 mm Jack for Headset and Bluetooth must.
5. Rear and Front Camera (Reasonable Rear Camera)
6. Min of 1 day Battery backup while using Wi-Fi or Games.
7. Good Resolution with min of 1280 * 760
8. 3G, HDMI is optional.

Please suggest me an Android Tablet with above requirements. Am searching for a month and can't find the best. Am not interested in Samsung Tablets other than Samsung is ok for me.
Lenovo A1000, A2107, Micromax Canvas Tab, Asus Fone Pad, HCL ME, i-Ball 3G etc were noted by me.

Hey Friends, I would Prefer Nexus 7(2013). It is really good Tablet For All kind of use. I know there is no Sim Options in it. But Its really nice.
