Brand new MID M001 Storage full why?

Hi everyone,
i have a little problem witm my new aPad.
my system says you have available 1.03 GB but when i start downloading
it appears the storage is full
i have no idea why this happen
i don`t have sdCard yet but this not suppose to be problem
