bricked my tablet pc wonder media 8650 8 inchs screen.Please HELP !!!

Hello everyone I have a wonder media model 8650.I tried to update the rom ,I followed the instructions extracted the rom on memmory card inserted in in the tablet and when i turned on the tablet the screen went blank /black.Have I bricked it ?How can i get it to work again.
